The Lava Beds Butte Valley Resource Conservation District (LBBVRCD) is actively rebuilding capacity to support natural resource conservation in northeastern Siskiyou and northwestern Modoc Counties. As we expand our work, we anticipate a need for dedicated professionals and contractors to assist with program development, project implementation, outreach, and administration.

We welcome resumes or letters of interest from individuals interested in supporting conservation, land stewardship, wildfire prevention, or community resilience.

Current Job Opening:

• Part-Time Conservation Technician
  • This position will provide technical assistance to NRCS programs
    • This position has some flexibility within office hours 
    • Future full-time opportunity- hybrid
    • Training provided on the job 
    • Has the potential to evolve into a project manager position with experience
